Coaching Supervision
Step back. See more. Coach with greater clarity.
Coaching can be deeply rewarding, demanding and sometimes lonely.
Supervision offers a dedicated space to pause, explore the questions and dilemmas that stay with you, and discover what may not yet be visible from within your work.
Together, we make sense of your experience so that you can work with greater awareness, discernment and confidence in service of your clients, your own development and the integrity of your practice.
What supervision makes possible
See what you may be missing
Recognise the assumptions, patterns and blind spots shaping your coaching relationships. Discover fresh perspectives on yourself, your clients and the systems in which you work.
Navigate complexity and power dynamics
Explore how authority, influence, difference and power shape coaching relationships — including your own position within them. Develop greater awareness and choice in navigating ethical dilemmas, uncertainty and competing expectations.
Deepen reflective practice and professional mastery
Develop your capacity for critical reflection, recognising yourself as an instrument of your coaching practice. Explore how your identity, assumptions, emotions and ways of relating shape the work — and how the work shapes you. Cultivate the self-awareness, discernment and maturity that enable a more conscious and skilful use of self.
Reconnect and renew
Attend to the emotional and relational demands of coaching, including what you absorb, carry and may struggle to release. Restore perspective, reconnect with your own resources and sustain the presence, vitality and capacity needed to engage fully in your work.
My approach to supervision
I approach supervision as a collaborative, reflective and developmental inquiry into your coaching practice.
Our work begins with your lived experience — the questions, uncertainties, relationships and moments that invite closer attention. Through dialogue, curiosity and critical reflection, we explore what may be happening within you, between you and your clients, and across the wider systems in which you work.
Central to this inquiry is an awareness of yourself as an instrument of your work: how your presence, identity, emotions, assumptions and responses shape the coaching relationship, and how that relationship shapes you.
My approach is relational and informed by social constructionist, narrative, psychological and systemic perspectives. Rather than seeking definitive answers, we make room for different interpretations, fresh understanding and more intentional choices in your practice.
Ways to work with me
Individual Supervision
A dedicated space for sustained reflection on your coaching practice, professional development and the challenges that arise in your work.
Individual supervision allows us to explore your particular questions and experiences in depth, attending to your relationships with clients, the systems in which you work, and your evolving identity and use of self as a coach.
Our work is shaped collaboratively around your needs and developmental priorities.
Group Supervision
Group supervision brings the richness of multiple perspectives to reflective practice.
Working within a small, committed group, you have the opportunity to explore your coaching experiences, learn from the experiences of others and notice how different perspectives, relationships and group dynamics deepen understanding.
The group itself becomes a valuable resource for learning, reflection and professional development.
Group Supervision — 2027
I am offering two closed supervision groups in 2027, one in the morning and one in the evening.
Each group will meet six times during the calendar year, with dates agreed in advance and a commitment to the full programme. Closed membership provides continuity and the opportunity to develop trust, depth and shared learning over time.
Before joining, we will have a brief conversation to explore what you are seeking from supervision and whether the group is a good fit.
