Coaching Supervision
Step back. See more. Coach with greater clarity.
Coaching can be deeply rewarding, demanding and sometimes lonely.
Supervision offers a dedicated space to pause, explore the questions and dilemmas that stay with you, and discover what may not yet be visible from within your work.
Together, we make sense of your experience so that you can work with greater awareness, discernment and confidence in service of your clients, your own development and the integrity of your practice.
What supervision makes possible
| Deepen reflection and reflexivity | Develop a meta-perspective on your work, examining the assumptions and frames of thinking and being that shape your practice. |
| Navigate complexity and power | Explore the ethical, relational and systemic tensions that arise in coaching, including questions of authority, influence and responsibility. |
| Understand relational patterns | Recognise how relationships with clients and within wider systems influence your work, both enabling and constraining what becomes possible. |
| Reconnect and renew | Attend to the emotional and relational demands of coaching, restoring perspective, energy and capacity to remain present in your work. |
My approach to supervision
I approach supervision as a collaborative, reflective and developmental inquiry into your coaching practice. We begin with your lived experience; the questions, uncertainties, relationships and moments that invite closer attention. Through genuine dialogue, we explore the assumptions and ways of thinking and being that shape your work, including what happens within you, between you and your clients, and across the wider systems in which you work.
Informed by relational, social constructionist, narrative, psychological and systemic perspectives, my approach recognises the coach as an instrument of their work. Rather than seeking definitive answers, we make space to question familiar interpretations, co-create new meaning and expand the choices available to you in your practice.
Experience and professional background
I hold a Professional Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision from Oxford Brookes Business School and am an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and registered organisational psychologist.
I am also a PhD candidate at Oxford Brookes University, where my research explores perceptions of power in coaching supervision.
I bring over two decades of experience working with senior leaders, teams and complex organisational systems. These experiences inform my interest in the relational, psychological and systemic dimensions of coaching and supervision.
Ways to work with me
Group Supervision 2027
I am offering two closed supervision groups in 2027, one in the morning and one in the evening.
Each group will meet six times during the calendar year, with dates agreed in advance and a commitment to the full programme. Closed membership provides continuity and the opportunity to develop trust, depth and shared learning over time.
Fees are payable in full on enrolment, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance.
Before joining, we will have a brief conversation to explore what you are seeking from supervision and whether the group is a good fit.
If you're interested in joining a group, I'd welcome hearing a little about your coaching practice and what you're seeking from supervision. We'll then arrange a conversation to explore whether the group feels like a good fit for us both.
